Nikon D610. Probably considered ancient by today’s standards but still a solid camera. I’m not as up to date as I used to be on what’s out there these days but canon, Sony, etc have had some nice mirrorless options down in that $500ish range. My camera is a traditional DSLR and is bigger/heavier
