And almost nothing on the lower end at all. It’s only a 10 point scale in name, because we don’t use the full resolution. We won’t give ourselves permission to. 3-point scale for me!!!

Yup. 3 point scale. No decimals! It gives you permission to rate something top marks or bottom. 1 out of 3 - not for me.

Trouble with the 4 point scale is almost everything is rated 3 out of 4.
