That being said OEL isn't great at creating offense on his offside. I think they should just put in Myers so everyone is on their strong side, and run and OEL/Rielly- Myers for OZ and then OEL/Rielly-Carlo for DZ draws

They should scratch Benny for Myers.

I think they haven't done it because the like to swap OEL and Carlo between pairs based on OZ or DZ draw. That's tougher to do with Myers since a Myers Carlo pair are both RHD and OEL would be switching sides when flipping pairs
