โ RNDC CEO Bob Hendrickson announcing the companyโs retreat from California.
Dave Infante, who publishes the Fingers newsletter, shared a partial video of Hendricksonโs announcement of the exit. Infante was also 1st to publish confirmation of the news on the exit for VinePair.
In the 67-second clip, Hendrickson said RNDC โtried everything in their means to either do a merger, an acquisition, attract suppliers, and do what we could to remain solvent in California, and we couldn't find a path.โ
Hendrickson added that the company is working with affected California employees, as well as supplier partners over the next 90 days to achieve a โsoft landing for their new homes.โ
