This is interesting. I've had hyper mobility and MCAS issues since childhood, but I haven't had consistent enough healthcare recently to pursue much care. (I did get physical therapy and it helped!) I'm pretty sure I've got long Covid too, although it's improving, and this theory sounds plausible.
