Enjoying the sights this week in the 2026 Volvo EX30 Cross Country.

I usually travel with my passport anyway, even when flying domestic, mostly b/c taking it in/out of my travel kit is annoying, but also having a real *global* ID never hurts.

(I used to joke that I carry it in case I needed flee the country, but that's not really funny anymore. :/ )

Yeah, more cars should be offered in a dark, moody purple. I'm here for it.

Feels good to finally be back in front of (and, in this case, also behind) the camera and kicking the tires on the upcoming 2024 Honda Prologue -- a promising, if not also predictable, electric SUV hitting the road next year.

I was low on charge and dreading a wait, but I rocked up to this busy EVGo station LITERALLY as the previous driver was unplugging. I'm aware that I have ridiculously good luck when it comes to finding and accessing charging.
