We worked for months with USAID to build an $85,000,000 project to end TB in two regions of the Philippines.

The project is funded by private money, the Philippine government, and matching USAID funds.

Not sure what is behind this urge to regulate e-bikes based on Class designation instead of specific behaviors or speeds, but that's what this bill wants to do.

p2p sync between two dexie DBs with collision detection at the record level, and they both end up with the same state.

last write wins collision logic ended up being easier to write than I expected.
