It’s bin day and #sophiefromromania and I returned from our walk - which featured a lively bark off with two golden retrievers - to find the bin lorry in our street. Once this would have been terrifying but today- despite the loud noises and hi-vis vests - she was totally chilled

On this morning’s walk #sophiefromromania and I met an admirer of hers we hadn’t seen for a while. Sophie wagged her tail, accepted a treat and generally was a very good girl.

She is only about 6-7 years old but she had set up a little "field hospital" to save little Bambino.

He is with us now but the girl did wonders!
