My guess is 99% of people flying into Newark are not going to DT Newark. San Jose has a similar issue, as does OAK which isn't included.

This is incredibly sad but true. Digital has enabled abundance, which is great, but that abundance has lead to a devaluing of any individual artifact. Our expectations are high for availability, which makes it even more shocking when they aren't met.
