I looked back at my photo diary of this project. I started it in November so rounding things up Im gonna say 4 months and probably 350 hours. Im not sure what my next project(s) will be but I know from now on Im sticking to the 10 stitch method or my afghan loom to create blankets.

Today I have a goal! Finish this blanket Ive been working on for months. Im in the home stretch. For the last few days Ive been crochet stitching all the knitted squares together. Im really liking the way it worked up. Im not good at crochet but I think it gives the blanket a unique look. Character!

out for the rest of the day. Appointments usually takes a physical/emotional toll but as I had surgery on Monday I just don't have the energy too keep me from falling apart. I don't talk to friends about this anymore. I don't think they believe/understand the progression I've been experiencing.

Still recuperating. Im exhausted & in some degree of pain depending on time of day. I had an ophthalmologist appointment this morning that I couldn't really cancel or rebook as it was set up a year in advance. Hubby also put word in at work because I'd be unable to drive. That appointment wiped me

I've always struggled with drinking enough, especially in the fall/winter months. I just don't feel thirsty. I have a Stanley thermos that holds 1.75 litre so I'll start with that and work my way up. Fill that with ice water & then supplement with tea and orange juice or real Lemonade.

Its gonna be awhile but not as long as the last time. Another kidney stone. This time it was 8mm. My body is seriously trying to kill me!! They tell me drink more fluids, preferably water. 3lt daily seems like an awful lot. Anyways, at least this doctor sent me home with pain management.

with respect and not like cattle (experience at a different hospital) made a very stressful day go quite smoothly. Not exactly how I hoped the holiday would go but hey, Im doing ok and resting comfortably at home.

Can I just say how absolutely amazing the support staff, nurses & doctors are ar RIH #Kamloops ! From going in to the ER with a serious emergency, admitted straight away, necessary medications, CT scan, surgery & recovery, I was out of there in under 12 hours. Being treated like a real human being

Im not a crocheter but I've been watching YouTube tutorials and Im pretty confident I can do this. I've crochet a border on a blanket in the past and the principal seems to be the same. Fingers crossed! #LoomKnitting #LoomKnit #FiberArts

Getting closer to the finish line. I have completed 33 of 35 squares for my knitted patch quilt/afghan. 7 separate colours in total. I've just started on square 4 of 5. Im hoping to be done tomorrow and then piecing it together begins. The plan is to use a crochet stitch to put it all together.

I slept all night but woke up feeling like I didnt sleep at all. It is mid morning and Im already ready to crawl back into bed.

I was too tired when this popped up on my feed. They're actually those jumbo cans and not the smaller cans we normal shoppers usually buy. Besides. Im now an Almer's convert.

Too tired when I saw this pop up. Im thinking of the 284ml cans. The photo totally thru me off 🤔 🫨 The math wasn't matching til I got some coffee into me. It's 1.36 litres each x 12 cans.
