every democrat who does not speak out about this enables it. what the administration is doing here is a large-scale tactic to isolate trans people and strengthen future attacks on us. the gains we have made are built on visibility and public knowledge of us and our needs.

There was once an active Facebook fan group for this guy, Opabinia, where they called its proboscis thing a “snabber” or “snib-snabber.” I remember this. But now I can’t find any evidence that such a group existed, or that anyone ever called it a (snib-)snabber. This is my personal Mandela effect.

Computers were down at the pharmacy so getting my prescription took about half as long as usual. Remind me why we have computers?

About a year ago I updated my contact information with my mortgage servicer and every single night since then they’ve sent me an email that says “Confirmation: We Updated Your Contact Information.”
