Update: 75 minutes on hold and then the agent was incredible! Put up with awful PEI phone reception and patiently listened to Cora's stories while authenticating my identity. #woohoo

The hardest part of being on hold is not knowing roughly how much longer you'll wait. Is it enough time to wash dishes? Use the washroom? Watch the entire season of Drive to Survive? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ 56 minutes and counting with the CRA...
