No, it's not. It's all a lie. The blunt truth is across the 1991, 2001, 2011 and 2021 Census *every* ethnic group in the UK has become *less* geographically segregated and *all* groups, majority and minorities, are more likely to interact with people not like them.

Graphic which reads "Mayor of London / It was predicted to take 193 years to meet legal limits for air pollution in London/ We did it in 9"
I remember being told that it would take 193 years to reach legal limits for nitrogen dioxide.
I decided this was unacceptable.
Thanks to the bold policies we put in place, we've managed to do it in nine years - 184 years earlier than expected.

I'd also lay odds that the category of "sex education" includes LGBT support sites. So you're also cutting off some of the most vulnerable kids from vital support.

How the simmering freedom of speech row reached boiling point
How did we reach a point where the UK is being compared to a 'tin pot Third World dictatorship'?
Truly facile, awful analysis by Nick Robinson normalising hate speech by 'ordinary people' and equating it with free speech. The boiling point is too many of Britain's commentators unthinkingly wading in the toxic swamp of X and believing it is what passes as normal.

DJ Annie Mac performing for visitors to Oxford St
Two people are preparing and serving chai at a stall called Amala Chai. One of them is pouring chai from a kettle into a cup in a dramatic, high-pour style.
A dancer is mid-air in a split leap on a colourful street performance stage, with crowds watching and cheering on both sides. The street is decorated with pink banners displaying "This is Oxford St"
A large, lively crowd fills Oxford Street, with people eating, socialising, and walking. Bright pink signs and banners read βTHIS IS OXFORD STREET β MAYOR OF LONDONβ.
This is Oxford Street, completely transformed & traffic-free. It was fantastic to see community spirit in the heart of the West End. By removing traffic, this created the space to stride, stroll and explore.
This street is for everyone to enjoy with music, art, food and fun.
