I wasn't too concerned about more federal agents in D.C. or even National Guard. Those have limited impacts.

I'm *very* concerned about a takeover of the Washington, D.C. Metro P.D.

Policing is different. A full-scale takeover? With access to officers and MPD intelligence files? That's scary.
