Remember when an old and inappropriate photo of Franken popped up and the dems were like β€œyou gotta go” ? Republicans will NEVER ask for another to step down. Ever.

We will be on the greenway as a group run in our next series of runs. Sundays runs have themes. The next 8 weeks are rail trails canal paths etc.

Pretty common thing on here and threads, see some person arguing with no and and being a jerk from the go, check the profile- Typically zero or only a handful of own posts. Created an account just to be a jerk. Or a bot. Fun times

Question and a quote Are you making things better? β€œYour fatherhood will outlive you and live inside your children forever.” I start my day every single day with these. First a question, and then a quote. I…

Just words. eeagan.wordpress.com/2025/03/19/q...

Yes that is absolutely true. The point of the link was that banks are denying vehicle loans at a really high rate - my point was that is bc those loans are so high now. They deem it too risky (especially for as you pointed out, a depreciating asset)

19.03.2025 12:06 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 0    πŸ“Œ 0

Have stayed on the same point. You seem to be catching up. Cars cost more. As much as some homes did a decade ago. Loans are denied.

19.03.2025 00:06 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

The reason for the loan denials is the extreme increase in vehicle cost while salary has remained stagnant.

My literal life numbers are not cherry picked.

18.03.2025 23:59 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

I gave you literal actual examples. You just don’t want to see it. Cost is up. Way up. Undeniable. Salary is stagnant. Way stagnant. Loans are denied.

18.03.2025 23:43 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

No, you dont. Vehicle loans are not being approved. This is because vehicles today cost what homes did 10 years ago but salaries did not match. The banks find this to be a risky loan and are saying no. Keep up

$80,000 home in 2016. $80,000 truck in 2025. Get it yet?

LoL get what I give? As if I was even engaging with you. Its tough for you to follow along, I get it.

18.03.2025 22:46 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 2    πŸ“Œ 0

Thats the point. The cars today. Cost what the houses then did.

18.03.2025 22:44 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Are you implying car and truck prices have not skyrocketed?

18.03.2025 22:43 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

LoL. Average. We had a home in Rochester NY for 80,000. We then bought on the lake in Rochester in 2016 for 160,000. A new truck now will cost as much as our first home. So um,yeah.

18.03.2025 14:00 β€” πŸ‘ 16    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 3    πŸ“Œ 0

Well yeah, cars are costing what homes did a decade ago

Proof that farts are funny and adults are just grumpy - my twin toddlers laugh out loud when they hear someone or when they themselves fart.

Nope. Spring time conditions on the great lakes are crazy. It can literally change 30 degrees just a few miles away from the lake shore. The ice and cold water are a giant air conditioner lol. Until summer. Then humidity:)

To be fair, they had to look back an entire 2 months for this information. How could they be expected to look so far back.
