Man, having taken formal Japanese for three years in college and being nervous about learning conversational/casual Japanese, you cannot imagine the RELIEF as I realized that the sentences don’t have to be a 1:1 translation of the English version and constructing my own sentences has become simpler.

I just realized my new dress has pockets so now I have to say “thanks it has pockets” in Japanese if anyone compliments my dress while I’m in #Japan lmao

What do you mean by “AI Box?” I’ve never heard that term before. And maybe they aren’t a threat, maybe they are. I just was kind of irked by some instances of “AI Artists” taking people’s art, running it through AI and saying it’s better/more interesting.
