Today is Grandparents Day, and a new group, Grandparents for vaccines, has launched. Many grandparents have seen what vaccines can do, & suffered the infections that can now be prevented. They don't want us to go back to the age when measles & polio were rampant.

PIDS Deeply Troubled By Disregard for Science in ACIP Firings – Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society

The #Pediatric #InfectiousDisease Society has released a statement on the mass removal of all ACIP members.

"Removing vaccine experts from developing thoughtful policy will harm all Americans, particularly our children."

Caroline Kennedy's letter to the Senate on her cousin RFKJr. is devastating. It is an absolute condemnation of his fitness for office, his lack of character as a human being and must have been deeply painful to write. Any Senator who reads this and votes for this man should be run out of office.

Louisiana forbids public health workers from promoting COVID, flu and mpox shots An NPR investigation found Louisiana health officials told staff to stop promoting vaccines for COVID, flu and mpox, holding flu shot events or otherwise encouraging the public to get those vaccines.

This is literally forbidding public health workers to do the work of increasing public health and it is one of many troubling signs of where the US is heading...
