Charlotte Cane stood next to the Magpas Air Ambulance, talking to a member of the team. The sky in the background is bright blue.
Visited the brilliant MAGPAS Air Ambulance team today. They operate 24/7, responding to life-threatening emergencies across our region and attended 1,872 callouts last year. They receive no regular state funding and rely on donations to keep saving lives. An absolutely vital service. ππ§‘

Charlotte standing alongside East of England Lib Dem MP colleagues Marie Goldman, Steff Aquarone and Daisy Cooper holding placards calling for a 5% cut to VAT on hospitality.
Going out shouldnβt be an unaffordable luxury.
Iβm calling for an emergency VAT cut for pubs, restaurants, and accommodation in the upcoming Budget β reducing VAT from 20% to 15%.
This would put money back in peopleβs pockets, help local venues survive and thrive, and protect jobs in Ely & E Cambs.
