Just like last night it looked like Italy had won the game but Karl Heinz Schnellinger equalised in the last minute. Back then tho it was Italy who won in ET

It's the focal point of the Jasper Indigenous Exhibit. Close by in the centre of the town, and here being enjoyed by a young visitor, is the mythical Two Brothers
Totem Pole.
Second day of my trip to Canada. On the left, a breathtaking view of the Rockies from our gondola as it took us to the top of Sulphur mountain. Banff is the town we see with the Rover Bow. On the right, the justly named Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park.

I got a similar view yesterday at Bow Falls, Banff National Park.
I'm on my way to 🇨🇦. Just abandoned my case on a conveyor belt which 'disappeared' my luggage like an ICE agent might a gardener in Los Angeles. There was no human intervention in the procedure except my own. There's a remote possibility we might be reconciled in Calgary.

England chose Neil Mallender for the Pakistan match at Leeds in 1992 & he played only once more, in the 5th test at the Oval that summer. Mallender's selection was possibly the last time such a 'Headingley' pick worked. He got a 5 for, briefly outshining Waqar & Wasim.
Binney's match.
England would also lose to the Kiwis that summer. A few months later, England had recovered and was beating the Australians away. Losing Gooch, but there were several notable additions to this team: Small, Defreitas, Broad Senior and Botham & Gower back in favour/form. So hope yet
My grab below shows when the sub was made, after an hour when it was still 1-1.
However unlucky Graham Taylor was with England, this was a peculiar decision. After two 0-0s, we had to score another in a tight group. Had Lineker scored it, he would have been England's highest scorer with Sir Bobby.
3 wins & 9 defeats in 14 matches. Bottom of both leagues we're competing in.

It's unfair of course but at that tournament, the Lampard Gerrard debate was that one scored goals whilst the other gave them away.
Frank's opener for England should have been doubled earlier in the second half had Sir David not made a pig's ear of his penalty
Blimey, we're back to the days of Capello.
Wretched performance.

The Wolves had the game won, didn't they? But this was like a golfer chipping in from the bunker, when the other chap is within three feet.
