We need to move to a Mixed Member Proportional system like they have in New Zealand. First Past The Post is no longer appropriate for our politics. And I say this as someone who until the last couple of years has been very much in favour of FPTP.

Fair enough. My own personal view is I don’t mind the tuition fee system or the repayments. I respect other people’s right to disagree.

I started uni in 2012. My unpopular opinion is tuition fees were the right solution to the crisis in university funding. It functions in the same way as a graduate tax, and it’s wiped out after 30 years anyway.
