I love that the protag of BL2 clearly just took their name from the first poster in front of them. Like "Uuuhmm... Phyre, sure. Call me Phyre."

When I was like 10ish, some unknown creep started texting me. Or rather, he tried, because 10 year old me gave the phone to my mother, who promtly called him from it and cussed him out so severly he didn't even dare to hang up until she was done.

Sometimes I wonder how that guy's life is going.

It's making me remember why I ever embarked on a degree in literature.

Shoutout to Jeff VanderMeer and to my English professor who made us read Annihilation, because I'm now going to proceed to devour the entire Souther Reach series.

I must admit, I had forgotten what it feels like to read fiction without a deadline of "need to finish this before the seminar next week". It's so good to actually read for my own enjoyment again!

This is my plea for people to not be creeps to performers. Had a guy come up to me during a combat show today and get all up in my face, sniff me, and say that I "smelled like a female" (yes, like a fucking ferengi).

Det er fair enough! Jeg synes bare jeg har sett (på sosiale medier, riktignok) i overkant mye syting om at de i det hele tatt skulle spille på tons. Jeg kan greit se at andre band kanskje hadde vært mer naturlige headlinere!

Alle som sa at Kaizers ikke hører hjemme på Tons of Rock bør ta seg en bolle! Ingen andre headlinere har hatt publikum som stod igjen i en halvtime og sang etter de hadde gått av scenen

Finally getting the glasses I have (apparently) needed for a while has been very good. It's nice to be able to look at my thesis without getting a screen-induced headache (other headaches, well...)
