An ice cream scoop with a custom black walnut handle.

I figured if I'm doing woodworking I might as well have an ice cream scoop handle I made myself. Just in time for ice cream season! I have some pawpaws in the freezer waiting to be turned into ice cream. Some family is coming and I can't wait to introduce them to it. #woodworking #madeinvirginia

I finally finished this oak tissue box cover for my brother in law. The bottom slides open to accept the tissue box. This was originally going to be a Christmas present. 😬 Maybe it's an early present instead of a late present?

A minimalist oak picture frame with a subtle molding profile of a small chamfer on the inside and a larger chamfer on the outside. Finished with tung oil.

My barber recently spun off and started her own shop, and she asked me to make her a frame for her "first dollar ever made" so we swapped a picture for a haircut. It made me happy to see how excited she was when she saw it 😊 #woodworking #madeinvirginia
