I'm joining websites like Bluesky because I want to understand and better myself, sticking to only one side and community is a very dangerous and limiting experience. It allows for no personal growth, I want to learn as much about as many people and places as possible. Not stagnate in shutting out.

I am former right leaning centrist, maybe in some ways I still am. I'm religious and a traditionalist by nature, however what the political right has become is nothing short of horrifying. I'm old fashioned, but I will not stand with the hatred and bigotry in that community any longer.

While I'm here, I wanted to post a more detailed breakdown of who I am. What my interests are, my beliefs and what makes me tick so to speak.

I'm glad that the judge and other authority figures among the resistance have managed to keep him in somewhat check, I fear for the catastrophic consequences of the madman in charge being given free reign over the armed forces.
