So glad you were able to get away and take some time for yourself!

I knew as an undergraduate that I wanted to be an arrchivist, but the previous archivist at the Borthwick was a significant factor in me actually doing it. The work experience, mentoring, and belief in my is greatly appreciated.

Loved this last year, and have just ordered for this year.

Gentle and beautiful #UnconfinedWalks along the river. Trying to take it easy this weekend and next one is busy. The sunshine, water, and movement were a great combination to refill my cup.

Knitting in the pub sounds like the ideal way to spend a wintry afternoon!

Concerning #UnconfinedWalks today. This morning one of the roads was closed with two (apparently undamaged) vehicles being removed by police. This evening the same road was still closed with large forensic tents along it.

Off site meeting this afternoon meant some different sights for #UnconfinedWalks.

Sending gentle thoughts. Life is complicated. Hope the attempt at normality helps reset some of the anxieties, even if its not entirely relaxing!

I worried I wasn't organised enough with #YayAdvent, then realised that I have longer as I'm doing in person hand over.

Chilly and bright #UnconfinedWalks. Much prefer this to the gloom of the weekend.

Substituting #ConfinedCocktails with #TeaUp tonight as I need a break from booze. Trying to have a quiet weekend with a brain that keeps finding things to do.

Being not at home, I remembered just in time where this town's parade assembled and approximate route to avoid clashing with them (obvious route is closed due to landslides so alternative was my best guess!)

Especially unsettling when you are having an afternoon wine!
