Your worth is not tied to your health.

It’s not tied to your productivity.

Capitalism and ableism teach us that our value is tied up in how much we “produce” for others.

It’s not.

You have value just as you are. We all do.

My husband and I were talking about this as well as giving up the kids Christmas gifts this year. We really don’t need more stuff

My second kid turned 18 the day early voting opened up. Went out and voted today. I’m so over having my house at 80f and still paying $700 a month.

I had no fever, I was just fatigued and this headache, and because I have a shunt, of course we went to my shunt is broken with how much my head hurt. Never would have I gone to uti. My mind is boggled. So afab and cis women, as you age, your symptoms of a UTI may change. Goodness knows what else

Well. My husband had enough of it, especially because I couldn’t get out of bed. My VP shunt is working great, but surprise, I have a UTI with the only symptom being the worst headache of my life. Getting old is weird y’all. So women, you might have no idea you have one as you get older

The problem with being chronically ill is at what point does your normal pain turn into abnormal pain and when do you go to the ER?

A protein shake is better than nothing. I believe in you!

We have to keep our ac at 78-80 depending on the temperature outside. Our bill is sitting at just under 500 a month. Rather ridiculous if you ask me.
