- mail-in ballot requires thumbprint
- don't like it, vote in person
- different options, maybe, for government employees and armed services abroad
- this won't work and things will just get worse
- lol

In-person voting (a fundamental right):
- no ID (continue as is)
- print ballot backed up by electronic (i.e., vote electronically, print a record, count both)
- more $$$ for polling places
- some kind of advanced transparency, I dunno...
- some kind of ISO-style assurance run by third parties?
