Urgh, this sounds horrible. How often do you have to work in the office? We have similar but I only go in about once a week so it feels bearable but if I did it everyday I would hit overstimulation/overwhelm very fast

Realised that maybe at least part of the reason why I have been feeling a bit off the last few weeks is Fathers Day approaching. For me, it’s not so much the day itself and my Dad not being here, it’s that it was on that day we got his terminal diagnosis
