The data is segmented by the "type of the form" (lead magnet, signup, etc.) and then the stats per those are added up to the final stat.

If they are all the same "subscribe to my newsletter forms" then share that visually.

Also what do the emails asking for confirmation look like?

Would love to see this data in a sexy graphic!! I have never required one and honestly hate them when I signed up for something.
