It's very strange to cite David Shor and Future Forward's failures in the same paragraph, without any mention that Shor was a Future Forward operative.

This is a welcome article about left-wing populism for NYT, but I think it misses the mark by drawing too straight a line from Osborn to Zohran, missing some key differences. There's oddly no mention of Platner or anything about anti-war politics or Gaza.
