it should be possible, in fact using my t7-amethyst build i expect it should just work as normal, without any other setup or moving files etc. the recordings might show up as 'shadows of evil', but if you have the correct mods loaded, when you start theater mode it should load the correct map

I jump around a lot, currently using tuxedo os, kde plasma 6 with an nvidia gpu. it was easy to switch over to wayland so wasn't difficult to fix my problem once I knew what was causing it

i thought games always seemed to feel worse to play under linux despite rendering at 144fps, but I found out x11 compositor doesn't properly handle multiple refresh rates, and so was only compositing at 60fps due to my secondary monitor

this means if you load a usd cache via `bpy.ops.cachefile.open` and add the mesh sequence cache modifier manually, you can never read custom attributes! Maybe fixing this can be my first contribution to blender ๐Ÿค”

as far as i can tell, this flag is only ever set when loading a usd file via `bpy.ops.wm.usd_import` when `read_mesh_attributes=True`, and cannot be manually enabled on the modifier in any way.

I found a hidden flag in Blender's Mesh Sequence Cache modifier which prevents custom attributes being loaded from the cache: MOD_MESHSEQ_READ_ATTRIBUTES

how are you finding the accuracy of the stylus? i dual-boot ubuntu and windows on my surface and find windows has much more accurate strokes. Some lines end up quite wobbly on linux
