I might have to start looking at an alternative trade/job, been a designer all my life it may be over soon

Been on a limited buy year so I’m only allowed to get one thing a month has to be kinda essential or impact my life in a positive way. Genuinely life changing, don’t want for anything anymore 😭

Bought an analog alarm clock, left my phone out of the bedroom and my life has got SO much better. I’ve even started reading properly again and I sleep so much better!! Reading things on the internet that would make me angry right before bed or the minute I wake up was actually pretty damaging

Burnt out using any social media platform nowadays, want to get to a point where I can sell more of my art but feel like everywhere is plagued and not worth putting the time into, I’m going to just go to the forest and live off the land turn my phone off and never look back.
