Yes small EV, efficient and nice to drive. Not sure who told you they can't be repaired, they can and so can the batteries. They don't need oil changes, spark plugs, glow plugs or much of the other mechanical oily parts. Not uncommon now to see 200k mile EV still working just fine!

The Inster is the same as the Casper in south Korea. It's a bit too small for the USA market I guess but a really nice city car. Small, easy to park and efficient electric vehicle. Hyundai Inster.
