Before. It was about 15 months after starting back that I had the idea for this one, and the positive impact swimming had on my mental health definitely influenced it.

Woodcut print of the artist, one hand stretching up towards an unseen light, emerging waist up from a pool of murky water. Done in a German expressionist style, the mark making is bold, angular and rough and the proportions are exaggerated.
