Not a legal expert by any means so I'd love it if I am corrected by one but it doesn't seem to me that America has the legal right to withhold Iraq's oil revenues if Iraq has a PM America doesn't like, RIGHT? I need serious legal opinions on this please under which right is America operating here?

My general rule of thumb is that anyone who didn't physically starve during the US-imposed sanctions on Iraq in the 1990s and didn't have the required cognitive and intellectual capacity to suffer mentally from that starvation is too young for me.
