Fall Semester ‘24- Ceramics Highlight

In the fall i learned how to raku fire! It was such an amazing experience learning how to build the kiln and fire. Big thanks to alumni Brett Sauve for coming to CMU and teaching us!! Can’t wait to do it again:)

Fall Semester ‘24 -Sculpture Highlight:

I tried figure sculpture for the first time in the fall and absolutely loved it! I did three projects: a skull, portrait and full figure!

I would love to continue this path and work on more:)

Hello, my name is Kaitlyn but most people call me Kat! I am at CMU for BFA: Studio Art and Art History Minor. My focus is in ceramics/sculpture. I am the ceramics lab assistant and Ceramics club president! I can’t wait to share all my art adventures!
