A packet of fresh Shanghai noodles (上海陽春麵 / Shanghai Yangchun Mian) – very fine, soft wheat noodles without egg. These noodles are suitable for light, aromatic dishes, especially from Chinese or Taiwanese cuisine, where such noodles are often used in clear broths or as quick-fried noodle dishes.
What we also like to do: buy an interesting product when it catches our eye. And only then start thinking about what to cook with it.
