Maybe, but this is my first accident since I got my license, which was 20 years ago. And she was on her phone. That should automatically disqualify my rates from going up because it’s illegal to be on your phone while driving.

My insurance went up $450 a year, because I rear-ended somebody that was on their phone and had to slam on their brakes which caused me to slam on my brakes. Her car had one tiny scratch on it, because I hit them going maybe 2 miles an hour. I fucking hate the United States.
