What is the balance in your natal chart? Do you feel the weight of one element more than another? Where do you find yourself in time? Can you feel the rhythm of time change as your chart ruler or the Sun change signs?

Anxious about the future? Time to dig in the dirt, touch grass, hug a tree, drink tea slowly, have some cooling fresh fruit, go for a swim, soak in a bath or give your feet a nice soak.

We can also remediate this as wanted. Feeling stuck in the past or drowning in memories? Get some fresh air, feel the wind on your face, add some heat through physical movement or spicy foods.

Water is deep memory, something we conceive of as ancestral due to our own experience of time in our limited mortal bodies.

Earth looks backward in time, concerned about the past, again taking this cue from the primary Water moving through it. Fire is on the rising edge, the place of action, the line of now/right this very minute.

These elemental qualities are of course imparted to the signs, Air looks forward in time, always concerned about the future, take this cue from the primary Fire moving through it in this direction.

Light a fire and see the heat rise up through the air. See the air sit above the earth.

Fire/Heat flows up through Air, and Air looks up towards this flow. Water flows down through Earth, and Earth's attention follows this movement also.

There is also a vertical order found in many places in Western Esotericism; Fire at the top, then Air, then Earth, and at the bottom Water. It is simple to find this arrangement through observation. Pour water on the ground and watch the water go down below earth.

Elemental balance in a chart can tell us about the native's relationship to time. In astrology we often think of the order of elements as the one found related to the signs; Fire, Earth, Air, Water. This is seeing the elements in a flat 2D plane.

The barrage is dizzying. They want us disoriented and in despair. To defend ourselves and others, focus is key. Play by play reactions to every harmful act and utterance won’t help you or others. Focus on what you can do (& where you can be most impactful), and remember that you can’t do everything.

The sequence from the 2nd severe H5N1 case in North America (Louisiana) has been released, and again, ⚠️has mutations that favor a2,6. Is it simply a coincidence that both severe cases have 2,6 favoring mutations? Or is this an indication of severity with 2,6?

I don't like this.

People get freaked out by the idea of Fate but it just means that there are no independent causes.

Individual choices occur in a context that is greater than the individual.

And that context largely determines the range of actions/experiences that are available to the individual.
