I can’t watch shows like NHL face off for the same reason I can’t watch reality TV. Real people are so unpredictable, and that makes my anxiety spike in a way that scripted programming doesn’t as much. But I am enjoying the snippets I’m seeing from other folks.

We opened a new branch of our library this weekend after a decade of pushing to make it happen. The community showed up and it was magical. To the wee kid who loves elephants, the dad and his kid looking for Wally, the shy kid looking for graphic novels, and heaps more - thank you. Libraries matter.
