As promised, a follow-up. Our story telling how saccharin alters the cell envelop permeability and DNA replication dynamics has just seen the light! Its mechanism of action re-sensitises CRAB to carbapenems, and we show its effectiveness in a hydrogel vehicle. Thanks to all co-authors!
