"Norovirus ruined my digestive system" is the cheat code my ED has been looking for all these years.

I am involuntarily not eating and also involuntarily throwing up and no one questions it because of my legit digestive issues. It is hell but it is also keeping the ED very happy.

I went to the gym this morning before work. I'm glad I wasn't lazy and actually did it.

I'm getting up at 5 am tomorrow to go to the gym before work. I'm going to white knuckle my way back into my gym era.

I've been eating so much lately. The food noise is so constant. This is killing me. 😭

Wearing a gourmand fragrance (aka a fragrance that smells like sweets or desserts) makes me binge. I have to stop wearing those fragrances but I love them.

My husband keeps commenting on how little I'm eating. Wish he would not pay any attention, tbh.

My mom's dog is dying and it's so sad. My mom is so sad and that makes me really sad.

I've been doing so bad lately. I can't control myself. I feel like I'm going to cry.

Wish I was the type who is too scared to eat junk food and desserts instead of a fat fuck who loves food.

Now she said "Cool. Let me know!" She left the ball in my court. Omfg I can't handle this it's too stressful. I want to hang out with her but I can't help but feel like she doesn't want to hang out with me. I don't know what to say now. Ughhhhh

I wish I was less socially awkward. My friend invited me to go visit her in her city and I said that would be fun but now all I can think is that she didn't mean it and she's horrified that I said I'd like to. 😭

I'm really praying I don't have it too. I tested positive for norovirus so I know that's at least partly what's going on.

I think I have like, active norovirus still. It's literally been 6 weeks since I first got it and I just got so nauseous I threw up. Still having GI pain everyday & going back & forth between diarrhea & constipation.

Now, Kombucha & Kefir I fuck hard with. The kimchi I tried was kind of bad. Definitely got some toilet flavor there too but this was a spicy kimchi and the added spices helped cover up that flavor a bit.

I tried to make myself eat Sauerkraut because my doctor said it would help with my GI problems. I am not exaggerating when I say that I nearly threw up. Idk how people eat that. It tastes like toilet water. Like water that's had a urinal cake sitting in it. 🤢

Trying to trigger myself into restricting again and it just won't work. Nothing works. My body just refuses to starve anymore.

My gut is a mess thanks to norovirus. My stomach hurts all the time and I'm constantly bloated & looking pregnant. This is a nightmare. I'm eating lots of fermented foods to try to fix my gut microbiome but so far it hasn't helped.

Tomorrow we're restarting calorie counting. I've been using being sick as an excuse to eat like a pig and I need to stop.

I STILL have norovirus symptoms 1 month later and guess what, I just tested positive for norovirus! My immune system is a joke bc why is this a 3-day thing for most ppl but it's been a month for me?? No wonder I had long covid.

I believe I have norovirus based on my symptoms. What I can't understand is why I still am sick after more than a week. Norovirus is supposed to last 3 days so why won't this go away? I can't stand this anymore.
