I’m getting really annoyed by the drone buzzing at the Olympic Games. And I’m not even there. I imagine the annoyance is infinitely worse for those in attendance and those participating. Ugh.

I love that we will all judge Ilia Malinin for that one mistake (or any athlete for any mistake) as though any of us can do anything they do but better. I couldn’t even compete in skate lacing with them. Never mind that I’d fall flat on my ass before my feet even touch the ice.

With these full bodysuits and hoods and the full face glasses, I’m fairly certain that speed skaters are supervillains. Or, at the very least, Gru and Dru are speed skaters.

So now that I finally have a blue Snaggletooth (albeit the Glyos one and not a vintage Kenner figure), I thought I’d throw him in my pocket as an homage to days gone by.

So I took Snaggletooth with me everywhere. At one point, my teachers contacted my parents and told them they had to check my pockets before I came to school to make sure I wasn’t packing a figure.

I liked him because he was small enough to fit in my kid-sized pockets and be secure but not so small that he was more fragile or easy to lose like a Jawa.

When I was a kid, I was 100% gonzo for Star Wars like many kids of the late 70s/early 80s. My favorite Star Wars figure, despite not being my favorite character, was the small red Snaggletooth.
