I’ve had the #SeeStarS30 for almost a month, but only two clear nights, both with a full #Moon. I processed the data to show what can be achieved under light pollution with minimal integration. Acquisition times: #Andromeda 55’,M42 1h40’, Horsehead+Flame 55’.Processed #Pixinsight

I used a smart telescope, the Seestar S50. The Moon, just above the horizon, is red. As it rises it slowly loses its color, going through various shades.
These are some of my #Moons🌙 The warm tones are due to the Rayleigh scattering phenomenon (the same effect that makes the Sun appear red when it nears the horizon),while the bluish tint is caused by daylight.

It's a non-motorized dobson and not suitable for taking photographs so. I only took a few photographs of the Moon. Is yours goto?
I also have a 12" Dobson GS0! I only use it for visual observations though, not for astrophotography
