I normally have more to say with these things, but this winter has been especially brutal, and while I'll miss him, the silver lining is that this just opens up another spot for a geriatric cat that has been in the shelter for too long and wants a warm loving place for the rest of its life. 3/x

Funny animal videos no longer being trustworthy just fucking sucks all around. I love the wonder of animal behavior and what it says about the experience of being alive. It's because it happened in reality that it's so fun. It's not fun if it was just made up. There's no wonder there.

With an EREV, you lose the frunk, you have to deal with ICE maintenance, you have thousands of more parts to deal with during build, requiring a lot of extra manufacturing and storage, and environmental concerns... All for towing, which, let's be honest, what percentage of people tow a trailer?

That's true, but I don't have the attachment to do that. I could just run extension cords out the several outlets that can supply a combined 7kW (one is a 220v)

I haven't. I need it to haul pinball machines around town (and occasionally pick one up kind of far away). But, considering the extra charging stations opening up, and the access to the Tesla network, I think I'd be okay with pulling a trailer long distances... Might take a bit longer, but that's ok
