Because of illness, I'm relegated to staying at home right now. I'm so proud of the people I know who are getting out there and doing more than just my rage-posting on social media.

For now, I only have my voice; calling my reps and rage-posting are pretty much all I can do for the cause.

There are two sides to this issue. One one side, law-abiding US citizens who are getting murdered extrajudicially by the Federal Government. Spending more time at Threads and remembered BlueSky exists, and thought I should wade back in here to see what's up. A little surprised by the difference in discussion here versus there. Over there, it's almost all about Renee Good's murder. Here I had to scroll quite a bit to find posts about it.

Renee Good was murdered in broad daylight, and Republicans are acting as if it is ok. Where is your decency? Where is your humanity? When will y’all develop a backbone and actually represent the people that sent you here?
