CBC has a breakdown now:

Counter-tariffs apply to the parts of CUSMA-compliant cars that are American-made.

Non CUSMA-compliant cars are tariffed at 25%, full stop.

Manufacturers will be expected to identify the provenance and value of each vehicle's components.
