All of this is wrapped in the Wyrd, a place of Fae trickery, Deva worship, pop-culture-warped Daemons, folklore-seeking Wyrdographers, and the joy of creativity and creation. Virtually any setting or scenario, real or imagined, can be found within the Wyrd, so have at it!

Find a wider range of options for conflict resolution in the Wyrd. You are as free to fight as you are to walk one of the Pacifist paths. These range from the Alpha Pacifists, who abstain from all violence, to Delta Pacifists, who want to leave their days of bloodshed behind them.

This WIP is a logo for Muses and Maenads, a Magickal Thinking TTRPG. This is concept art for our game. It shows several individuals running through the darkness. Their faces are fearful and they run as if chased by some terror. This is a depiction of a Wild Hunt. While every Deva's hunt is different, many of them are a frightful and bloody affair. Every night, some Village in the Wyrd experiences, and is often wiped out by, a Wild Hunt.

Among the terrors of the Wyrd, the Wild Hunt is one of the greatest. Eventually, every Deva calls their Wild Hunt to some corner of the Wyrd. Death runs with the Hunt and the Deva will feast.

Digital is still new to me, like since May, and brushes seem like a place I'd get benefit from if I spent more time messing with it. Currently using GIMP because I have used it for a long while for photo stuff. It's complex.

Barter Bag The barter bag, or barter box, is a term that refers to a collection of things the average Wyrdling has and uses to barter. This could be something the Wyrdling can make, or has collected. Knickknacks like spare buttons, pressed flowers, local herbs, stories, or similar “bits and bobs”. It also implicitly includes things the Wyrdling can do in trade, such as knife sharping, playing music, or baking cookies. When making a barter roll these are the things the Wyrdling will use/offer to get what they need.

In the Wyrd, the accumulation of material wealth can damage Wyrdlings leading to the Mortification. The practice of barter is widespread. Every Wyrdling carries a few spare and useful things they can barter with.

We found tables set for a meal, food in its place and only just starting to turn. We found no bodies, no blood, and nothing broken or disturbed. It’s almost as if they could show up at any moment. There’s a feeling here, a wrongness. Nell thought he could get some of the farm animals to talk to us, but they seem to have fled into the countryside. If left out there they'll go feral and forget how to speak. We can't let that happen to them so we are going to perform a more exhaustive search. As much as I want to help, I really hope we leave soon. This place gives me the heebie-jeebies!

I wanted to stretch my legs before the show. I was hardly out the door when I encountered the strangest procession. All of the villagers were dressed in bone-white robes and carrying enormous spoons. They were marching toward the Agora. I followed them, of course. How could I resist? In the Agora was an enormous marzipan sculpture of a hand clutching a teacup. The villagers gathered around, murmuring words I couldn’t understand, and performed a peculiar dance. When I asked one of them what was happening, she pressed a small moon shaped cookie into my hand and said, “We honor the Great Baker, without whom all would return to crumb! We are preparing for a banana split sunday Sunday! This picture shows for bags of candy pieces (to be used as toppings), a bunch of bananas, a pack of strawberries, and a large bowl of homemade chocolate whipped cream. These items sit upon a patterned tablecloth, between an Alice in Wonderland cookie jar and a potted jade plant.

A Wyrdling sweet Sunday. A plan made, they sprang into action! One got several small bags of candy pieces, another got strawberries and bananas, a third got ice cream, the fourth came with homemade chocolate whip-cream. Play on my Wyrdlings!

I’ve seen wondrous things, I’ve seen strange things, and I’ve seen dangerous things, but today made me question my decision to leave home. The looks my companions had when we discovered the budding Confection Zone will haunt me forever. They were afraid, and I haven’t seen that kind of fear in them before. We argued about what to do. Clem said he knows Wyrdographers who’d give a kidney for a chance to study a newborn Confection Zone like this one, but his voice was tight and higher than normal. I hope the bakers learned that fantastic flavors are no excuse for using ingredients from dangerously untrustworthy sources. Madness is not something to be played with. I think Dewsong can salvage their annual Madame Tart Kiwi Festival. Well, at least they asked us to perform for the opening ceremony tomorrow night. The Troupe will have to talk it over and decide after everyone gets back from the Bathhouse. It will mean two more days here but Fame beckons.

Image of a diary entry, it reads: Day 16 Village of Honeytower Wow it’s hot here! And the dust! A good wind just kicks it right up. Trilby keeps muttering about herbal teas, obviously worried about singing tonight. Sassun handed out brightly colored scarves to help with the dust. It turns out that Clem knows the mayor of Honeytower, so they got together to catch up. Frog-Pockets spent that time chatting with the mayor’s aid, Leeloo Multipas, and learned some helpful things. A year-long drought seems to be the cause of all this heat and dust. Leeloo thinks a hermit and known fallen priest of Fontus with a grudge named Jedlee may be the one causing the drought. I’m glad we have Nell and Frog-Pockets with us. With all of us working together, I think we can puzzle out a way to help everyone here.
