This kind of immigration "enforcement" shouldn't be acceptable to anyone.

I am turning into a broken record on this but congress has impeachment power that they refuse to use.

Worst case scenario is this gets resolved when there are boots on the ground and individual officers have to make the call — and possibly opposing calls.

You are making an argument that reform is pointless, which is not a very interesting one.

They actually had a majority vote to convict him in his second impeachment, which is why i suggested making it a majority vote.

The failure of our system has a single root, which is that it is too hard for congress to remove the president. Congress should have impeached him in his first term and should impeach him today. A bare minimum constitutional reform is making removal a majority vote in the senate.

Because he is the acting president.
