I am so sorry for your loss. I know from experience how hard the holiday season can be when you are trying to process, grieve and heal from such a fresh trauma and loss, but please know you are not alone even though it can really feel like it.

On this Thanksgiving day, I am full of gratitude for the people who teach me, accept me, encourage me and develop technologies that open for me a world of possibilities as a blind person that I never imagined could exist.

Like many of you, I feel Shocked and traumatized by the election results. But I also think it’s time to get up, brush ourselves off and get beyond just fear and doom talk so that we can start looking for a real path forward. On this Thanksgiving eve, I wonder what if anything gives you hope. ?
