He stopped, the cold air suddenly burning his lungs. He couldn't follow her at that speed.  Where was she going? The way she took so far took her in the direction of a residential area. Egon drew in a sharp breath. This part of the city was known for having big migrant communities. And Gingerbeard's latest victim didn't look like a local of many generations.  It was a long shot, but he had to try.  He kicked off the floor and got his bike rolling again. Riding at a much more sustainable pace, he reached the part of the city he was less acquainted with. The apartment buildings raised into the sky, every sound echoing off their tall, slick walls. He didn't dare go off the wider streets yet, slowing down at each one of the frequent intersections in the hope to spot something.
